Important information regarding the scheduled Echoes charity concert:

It is with regret that we announce the Echoes charity concert, due to take place on Thursday 7 April, has been cancelled until further notice.

The concert was a student led event, involving bands and audience from ISD, as well as from outside of the school. As many of the requirements regarding safety, management and funding have not been met, it is necessary to cancel the event to ensure the safety of our students and our school’s facilities.

This should not discourage the organisation of student led events in the future, but it should serve as a reminder of the many issues that need to be addressed, particularly when inviting guests from outside our school community.

Please share this message with any teachers, students, administration and maintenance staff taking part in the event.
